My patio faces the west and to make things worse it is an apartment with stucco walls protruding outward to make it like an oven on hot Texas summer afternoons. Before I purchased the Soleus Air MT1-19-32 Misting Fan, my patio would get up to about 120 degrees fahrenheit and now it is a tolerable 97 degrees. So the fan does what it is advertised to do and then some. The only thing I don't like (which is not the fans fault)is when it is turned up to the maximum mist setting, you have to fill up the tank about once an hour. Since I have no water facet on an apartment patio I certainly cannot complain about that and I highly recommend the Soleus Air MT1-19-32 Misting Fan.

I bought this to have outside for a baby shower I threw in August, and now we're using it on our camping trips to the desert. This works really well if you're sitting a few feet away from the product. It definitely cools you down even if it's not misting right on you. Do not buy this product to cool off an entire room though, or with the intention of the mist blowing really hard or far...this is not that product. This works best in small areas...and it does a great job.

This was supposed to mist up to 25 gallons of water a day. That's about a gallon an hour. I ran it for four hours and the water level stayed just about the same. I didn't see or feel any mist. When you open the box, the first thing you see is a notice telling you not to return the product but to call an 800 number if there's a problem. It seems this company has many people returning their products. There was nothing for me to talk to someone about. All you are supposed to do is fill it with water and turn it on. It just didn't work, so I returned it. Very disappointed.
