it was easy to install, even for someone who does not install things, like me, and the baby loves it. He slept in it the first time we put him in it. It fits in our VW jetta (reason why we bought it- we tested it before) and we still have space to sit in our passenger seat. Sturdy chair! My only complaint is that when the baby is small, the straps do not reach the Velcro to remain out of the way...I guess we will use that feature when the baby grows and we have to pull the straps to make them longer.

My son is in the top of the growth charts and quickly outgrew his Chicco Keyfit 30, so we knew we needed a seat that we'd be able to have for the long term. We got this when he was 9 months, 27 lbs and 30" tall. He's now 13 months, 30 lbs, and over 32" tall and rides in it rear-facing. I think this will keep him safe until he's old enough for a booster, and I know you can't go wrong with Britax! Plus the price here was the best deal I've seen. Installation was super-simple and he seems comfortable. My only complaint is that even though the straps are connected to one master strap underneath, and they are easily adjustable, they consistently seem uneven (ie, one is slightly looser than the other) and I can't figure out why. Overall would recommend this to anyone.

Very comfortable car seat. Seems to be very safe and it fits in our Buick Enclave and Ford truck fine. Easy to use and no extra car seat bases needed.
